Job summary

National Vision Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager in Alpharetta, GA to shape, deliver, and continuously improve digital products across web, mobile, ecommerce, and omnichannel platforms.

You will own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and performance while leading cross-functional teams to translate business goals into meaningful customer experiences. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in product management, strong analytics, and experience with ecommerce and omnichannel

Qualifications

6+ years in product management or related field.
Experience managing digital products end-to-end from discovery to launch, optimization, and ongoing support.
Experience with analytics tools and product performance data to inform prioritization and decision-making.
Experience with eCommerce, omnichannel retail, customer account platforms, scheduling, checkout, payments, personalization, search, or digital marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned digital products.
Translate customer needs, business objectives, market trends, and data insights into prioritized product requirements and user stories.
Own and manage the product backlog, balancing customer impact, revenue opportunity, operational needs, technical feasibility, and delivery capacity.
Partner with UX, engineering, analytics, marketing, operations, merchandising, customer support, legal, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Lead product discovery activities, including customer research, competitive analysis, journey mapping, usability testing, and opportunity sizing.
Drive agile ceremonies and delivery alignment, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, release readiness, and post-launch validation.
Use data, experimentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and continuously improve product performance.
Coordinate go-to-market planning, launch communications, stakeholder training, and adoption support for new digital capabilities.
Monitor product health, customer feedback, defects, accessibility considerations, and operational issues; prioritize enhancements and fixes accordingly.
Communicate roadmap progress, trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and results clearly to executive leaders and cross-functional partners.
