Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to drive Wealth Experiences, defining the product roadmap and delivering advisor-focused capabilities that improve efficiency. You will collaborate with Wealth, Retail, Technology, Operations, and Product teams to reduce friction and enable AI-assisted advisor workflows.

You will partner with multiple business and design stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions, measure outcomes, and communicate progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of digital product management experience, 5+ years in financial services or related industries
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to all levels
• Experience applying AI, automation, or workflow optimization within a product or operations context
• Experience translating complex business processes into scalable product solutions
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, VS Code, GitHub, Visio and similar product platforms
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

Responsibilities

• Define and own Wealth Experiences product roadmap and outcomes
• Deliver advisor-facing capabilities to improve productivity and reduce friction
• Lead discovery, translate needs into prioritized product outcomes
• Collaborate across business, technology, and design teams
• Define requirements and drive delivery of scalable capabilities
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership
• Shape advisor productivity capabilities for AI-assisted workflows
