We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

The Digital Wealth Advisory Experiences team is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing digital experiences that help advisors operate more efficiently and better serve clients. We are focused on simplifying complex advisor workflows and delivering capabilities that improve productivity through thoughtful product design, workflow optimization, automation, and emerging digital technologies.

We are looking for a product manager who is passionate about understanding advisor needs, navigating operational complexity, and partnering across business and technology teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

The Senior Digital Product Manager (individual contributor) will work closely with stakeholders across Wealth, Retail, Technology, Operations, and Product teams to identify opportunities that improve advisor efficiency and reduce operational friction. You will play a critical role in defining, managing, and delivering advisor productivity capabilities, workflow automation solutions, and digital experiences that support the evolution of future-state, AI-assisted advisor workflows.

The Team Is Responsible For

  • Managing and executing a backlog of advisor productivity initiatives from discovery through implementation
  • Partnering with business, technology, and design teams to define requirements, prioritize investments, and drive delivery
  • Measuring outcomes, incorporating feedback, and continuously improving advisor-facing capabilities based on business, legal/compliance, technology, and advisor needs
  • Driving alignment across stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, adoptable, and deliver business value
What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery and requirements definition efforts to translate business and advisor needs into prioritized product outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of advisor, service, and operational workflows across wealth management functions, identifying opportunities to simplify handoffs, reduce friction, and improve productivity.
  • Serve as a product leader, connector, and integrator at the intersection of multiple business teams, building an understanding of how work flows across organizations and where digital capabilities can reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and enhance the advisor experience.
  • Leverage product management expertise to define and deliver scalable solutions that simplify complex workflows, reduce manual effort, and generate measurable advisor time savings.
  • Partner with business, technology, and design stakeholders to evaluate solution options, define requirements, and drive delivery of high-impact capabilities.
  • Translate operational insights and stakeholder feedback into actionable roadmaps, user stories, and measurable product outcomes.
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, operations, and advisor teams to deliver solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and valuable.
  • Develop recommendations informed by workflow analysis, business objectives, user feedback, and product best practices.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Help shape and deliver advisor productivity capabilities that support the ongoing evolution of AI-assisted workflows.
