Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital product management, product operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape product recommendations by connecting client needs with performance data to prioritize roadmap decisions.
• Implement content governance and metadata practices for reliable reuse across Search and AI-enabled experiences.
• Manage article, FAQ, guides, glossaries, and related content to renew, revise, and publish.
• Improve end-to-end content lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, governance, publishing, and retirement.
• Maintain content inventory, ownership tracking, and metadata to improve findability across digital channels.
• Collaborate with content strategy, product SMEs, compliance, risk, legal, service, and tech teams to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
