Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to partner with engineers, clinicians, and operators to advance the Digital Product Vision and quantify improvements in KPIs through scalable, standardised tech-enabled solutions.

You will be the Voice of the Customer, drive product discovery, and own the product roadmap while navigating ambiguity and communicating strategy to a broad set of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare or related field.
• 4+ years in a healthcare delivery org or technology product in an agile environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day functions of a digital product value stream and roadmap.
• Define product vision, KPIs, and outcomes in partnership with leadership.
• Lead discovery, represent voice of the customer, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to translate goals into scalable solutions.
• Understand market dynamics in digital health, AI-enabled workflows, and value-based care.
