Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Product Management to lead a clinical product portfolio spanning care team workflows and EHR-related capabilities. This hybrid role requires fluency in clinical practice and product management, translating frontline needs into a strategic vision and digital roadmap.

You will partner with clinical, operational, engineering, informatics, and training teams to deliver measurable improvements in outcomes and clinician experience.

Qualifications

• RN license with direct exposure to care delivery workflows, EHR systems, and clinical documentation.
• 8+ years of product management experience with digital product managers.
• Experience setting product vision and success metrics for a portfolio of initiatives.
• Experience with EHR platforms, clinical informatics concepts, or health tech product work.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and vision for a portfolio of clinical-facing product initiatives including EHR work.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of product managers and establish PM practices.
• Partner with physician and nursing executives to align product strategy with clinical priorities.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships tied to the portfolio including evaluation and contracts.
