Job summary

Strive Health is hiring a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead a digital product value stream within the Patient Engagement or Patient Interventions portfolio. You will work with engineers, clinicians, and operators to translate user needs into scalable solutions that reduce admin burden and improve member experience.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder engagement, and comfort in ambiguity as you drive measurable outcomes with AI/automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years experience in a product management or related role.
• 4+ years experience at either a healthcare delivery organization or working on a technology product in an agile environment.
• Internet connectivity meeting minimum speeds and latency requirements.
• Active driver's license and ability to travel across an assigned region.
• Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to align priorities and opportunities, including business travel when needed.
• Own day-to-day functions of a digital product value stream and roadmap execution.
• Define product vision, KPIs, and outcomes with Product leadership.
• Lead discovery, voice of the customer, and cross-functional delivery with engineering and data science.
• Collaborate on digital health and AI-enabled workflows to optimize clinical operations.
