Associated Bank is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing enhancement of digital banking products and experiences for the Private Wealth area. You will shape product roadmaps, identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, and partner across the organization to deliver solutions that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• 4+ years solving complex business challenges and delivering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the digital product roadmap for Private Wealth, prioritizing value delivery.
• Drive strategy by evaluating customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Partner with engineering, delivery, and channel teams to bring features to market.
• Build business cases and recommendations to support investments.
• Analyze product performance, adoption, and feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, risk, legal, and compliance for execution.
• Represent the platform in planning and vendor roadmap discussions.
• Monitor outcomes and financial performance to support growth and long-term success.
