Job summary

Patterson Companies is seeking a Digital Product Manager Senior to own end-to-end lifecycle management of digital products. You will shape roadmaps, drive cross-functional delivery, and guide decisions to maximize merchandising performance and business value.

Lead large-scale initiatives, apply design thinking, and oversee agile processes to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery and adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 7 years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, or related technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital product roadmaps, priorities, and feature portfolios by balancing business value, insights, and delivery effort.
• Establish digital product strategies and roadmaps to guide investment decisions and outcomes.
• Lead large cross-functional initiatives to plan, develop, test, deploy, and adopt digital product capabilities.
• Apply design thinking with user stories, wireframes, prototyping, and testing to define requirements and guide design.
• Oversee agile processes, including backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, release planning, and quality delivery.
• Analyze product performance and business outcomes to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Ensure alignment between roadmaps, architecture, platform capabilities, and operations to support scalable solutions.
