Job summary

Gildan in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Product Development to define and execute digital product strategies across apparel brands. You will lead cross-functional teams to select, evaluate, and implement digital tools that streamline product development and reduce cycle times.

You will oversee PLM and AI tool initiatives, collaborate with Technical Design and IT, and drive standardization and continuous improvement across global partners, delivering tangible financial

Qualifications

• Textile/apparel product development and digital product leadership experience required.
• Proven product tech expertise in apparel/textiles.
• Solid understanding of digital product tools and processes.
• Strong negotiation, planning, prioritization and problem solving across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with global supply partners and cross-cultural communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic digital product development plan with business GMs and IT.
• Lead team responsible for selection, evaluation and management of digital tools.
• Drive tool usage from concept to product lifecycle for developed and sourced products.
• Collaborate with Technical Design to ensure accurate digital representations of fit and construction.
• Own all decisions and reporting related to digital product tools and processes.
• Ensure tools deliver faster timelines, fewer physical samples, accurate specs, and effective Design/Marketing tooling.
• Embed tasks into Workfront and align with calendar timelines.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for non-seasonal digital product strategies and platforms.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement for standardization and efficiency.
