Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and roadmap to improve digital product experiences across mobile apps and browser.
• Prioritize stories, epics and themes aligned with product strategy to maximize value.
• Collaborate with Agile Scrum team on feature development, backlog, user stories and QA testing.
• Lead usability testing, concept validation, and co-creation studies to identify customer needs.
• Partner with design and UX to ensure intuitive, research-led UX/UI.
• Manage cross-functional teams across lines of business, operations, legal, compliance, and information security to gain buy-in and deliver value.
• Track KPIs, establish product goals, and maintain communications with stakeholders.
• Provide product information to servicing partners for training documentation.
• Monitor industry trends and participate in relevant forums.
