Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union in North Carolina is seeking a Senior Analyst who will liaison with Product Managers, translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive multi‑phase initiatives with vendor partners and internal teams.

You will refine the backlog, validate acceptance criteria, and lead Scrum activities, while mentoring junior analysts. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of enterprise program experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years’ experience in large, enterprise-level programs.
• Experience in Product Development Lifecycle and agile delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts; cross-functional collaboration.
• Residency in NC, VA, TN, SC or GA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, document, and refine business requirements; balance strategic and analytical thinking.
• Validate that release items meet acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Gather user feedback and prioritize backlog to improve user experience.
• Lead Scrum activities: release planning, sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
• Conduct industry research and present findings to digital strategy team.
