You will mentor junior engineers, develop standards, and provide lifecycle support including tuning, health checks, and continuous improvement, traveling up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10+ years in industrial automation or related fields.
• Expertise in process control to develop and implement advanced strategies.
• Strong background with distributed control systems and supervisory controls.
• Proven leadership to guide technical discussions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and commissioning of APC applications.
• Develop dynamic process models, control strategies, and optimization solutions.
• Serve as SME for APC solutions, supporting sales pursuits and workshops.
• Collaborate with process engineers, operations, and automation teams to identify improvements.
• Provide lifecycle support: monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, model maintenance, health checks.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote APC standards and documentation.
