Job summary

People Inc is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Pricing to join the Revenue Operations team in New York. You will support the development and maintenance of rate cards, pricing rules, and guidelines for Sales and Sales Support, ensuring alignment with business needs and market realities.

Responsibilities include pricing analysis, reporting, monitoring partnership agreements, and margin management to drive profitable sales growth; hybrid work with 3 days in-office, up to 2 remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel; experience with reporting/BI tools preferred.
• Comfortable navigating financial reporting and performing margin analysis.
• Organized and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, maintenance, and distribution of rate cards and pricing guidelines with Sales and Revenue Operations teams.
• Monitor partnership rate cards with holding companies and strategic advertising partners for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain rate card matrices to compare offerings and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Conduct pricing analysis and reporting; track agency and client spend against commitments.
• Evaluate pricing exception requests and analyze margin impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Strategy, Revenue Strategy for pricing insights and alignment with digital strategy.
