Job summary

1898 & Co., part of Burns & McDonnell, is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for its Digital PMO practice. You will lead engagements that design, configure, and optimize PMO solutions, mentoring teams and advising clients on strategy and delivery.

You’ll guide cross-functional teams, shape project approaches, and drive outcomes that improve efficiency and governance for capital projects and portfolios in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capital project and portfolio management engagements.
• Ability to design and scope technical PMO solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshops facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements focused on capital project and portfolio management tech.
• Design solutions, including cost estimates, approaches, and schedules.
• Provide technical leadership for PM system implementations.
• Ensure QA/QC for all deliverables per client standards.
• Grow client relationships and support business development.
