Medtronic in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead large-scale digital platform programs. You will partner with engineering leaders to build delivery plans, manage dependencies, and drive execution across multiple teams.

The role requires strong program leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to translate complex initiatives into actionable plans. Onsite four days per week with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional technical programs in software, cloud, or enterprise tech.
• Strong program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery execution.
• Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams and stakeholders within a structured program framework.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic digital platform programs.
• Develop integrated program plans with schedules, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Coordinate with engineering to sequence work, mitigate risks, and remove blockers.
• Align software development, systems engineering, IT, and UX within a unified delivery framework.
• Drive governance with executive communications, status reporting, and risk management.
• Document dependencies and tradeoffs to inform technical and program decisions.
• Lead roadmap and release planning, capacity forecasting, and resource planning.
• Monitor program health with metrics and milestone tracking; escalate issues as needed.
