You will partner with Digital Payments, ETS, and Channels teams, shaping roadmaps and driving member-focused improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, market analysis, usability studies, and strategic collaboration with executives to modernize payment processes and ensure robust member experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Strategy, or the equivalent.
• Extensive experience shaping innovative solutions while managing business risks.
• Advanced analytical and conceptual skills to create original concepts for projects.
• Ability to exercise initiative and achieve objectives.
• Ability to learn collaboration or product management tools quickly.
• Strong communication with stakeholders, teams and leaders.
• Experience with enterprise systems like FIS and related tech.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to launch product vision and strategy.
• Streamline execution of program priorities while maintaining integrity of features.
• Oversee and manage payments platforms as the subject matter expert for Digital Payments Leadership.
• Translate program vision into incremental delivery.
• Develop horizontal partnerships to evolve Digital Payments platforms and address pain points.
• Partner with technology teams to build and maintain product backlog and refine user stories.
• Analyze product usage to determine changes in prioritization.
• Develop long-term strategic direction and technology roadmap with executives.
