• Experience with digital pathology and image analysis platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy automated image analysis workflows for histopathology and spatial biology.
• Design machine learning/deep learning approaches for cell segmentation and biomarker quantification.
• Perform image registration and alignment for multi-modal imaging datasets.
• Develop Python scripts and automated pipelines for data processing.
• Configure and optimize scalable compute resources for high-throughput image processing.
• Integrate databases into a cohesive scalable system.
• Troubleshoot software issues and collaborate with engineers.
• Collaborate with pathologists, biologists, and data scientists.
• Present methods and results to scientific stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to publications.
