Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Data Science/Biology or related field with 3+ years of experience (or a relevant Master).
• Experience in digital pathology and image analysis platforms (Visiopharm, Halo, QuPath, ImageJ).
• Strong Python and scientific computing libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn).
• Working knowledge of cloud computing (AWS) and scalable data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy automated image analysis workflows for histopathology and spatial biology.
• Design ML/DL methods for cell segmentation, phenotyping, and biomarker quantification.
• Perform image registration and alignment for multi-modal datasets.
• Create automated pipelines in Python and manage compute resources for high-throughput processing.
• Integrate databases and collaborate with pathologists, biologists, and data scientists.
