Job summary

Acelabio is seeking a senior scientific expert to lead computational and digital pathology efforts across translational biomarker programs. You will collaborate with pathologists, scientists, and clients to design studies, analyze biomarker data, and present insights with rigorous visualizations.

Responsibilities include assay development support, validating image-analysis pipelines, and contributing to cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree or professional designation; 7–9 years related experience with ongoing training.
• Strong experience with digital pathology and image analysis.
• Experience in CRO/biopharma or regulated research environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support scientific efforts for computational and digital pathology.
• Interact with clients in meetings, protocol reviews, and data review.
• Develop analysis plans, study reports, abstracts, and manuscripts.
• Design AI/ML workflows for tissue segmentation and biomarker quantification.
