Job summary

The Freeman Company (TFC Brands) is seeking a Digital Merchandising Manager to own the end-to-end merchandising experience across our e-commerce site. You will shape how customers discover and shop products, including homepage curation, category structure, search, filtering, and recommendations, driving conversion, engagement, and average order value.

You will build strategies for launches, promotions, and campaigns, while testing layout, badging, and placement strategies and using performance

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in retail, e-commerce, or analytics.
• 5+ years in digital/e-commerce merchandising.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with Salesforce e-commerce platform.
• Familiarity with Algolia or Luminate.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day merchandising, homepage, categories, and search/navigation optimization.
• Develop and execute merchandising strategies for launches and promotions.
• Analyze site performance and adjust merchandising in real time.
• Own on-site search, filtering, and recommendation logic.
• Lead cross-functional merchandising roadmap with Digital Product, UX, Marketing, Creative.
