Job summary

KnitWell Group's Soma brand in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Digital Merchandising professional to drive online sales by optimizing category presentation, taxonomy, and site experience to maximize conversion and AOV.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to set category strategies and budgets, analyzes Google Analytics data, and implements pricing, search, and promotional tactics to hit sales and profit goals. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in online merchandising are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of online marketing/merchandising experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
• Must be deadline driven with strong sense of urgency.
• Experience cross-functionally to drive results.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns and is accountable for all categories within Digital.
• Manages site & presentation of merchandise assortment, taxonomy and alignment to goals.
• Recommends pricing strategies to drive category business goals.
• Oversees site search & filter programs for accurate product results.
• Analyzes online competitor merchandising, promotions, UX and taxonomy.
• Uses customer feedback, ratings, reviews and analytics to optimize site performance.
• Provides GA analytics and trends to Merchandising and Planning teams to steer strategy.
• Collaborates with Site Experience to hit sales goals and budgets.
