What You'll Bring
- 8+ years in digital marketing, media operations, or project management.
- Strong background in budget management, media buying, and campaign execution.
- Experience working with media agencies, creative teams, and global stakeholders.
- Process-driven mindset-able to document and streamline complex workflows.
- Expert in Asana, Google Sheets/Excel (managing complex spreadsheets is second nature).
- Skilled at project planning , adapting timelines, and keeping teams aligned.
Your Key Responsibilities
Project & Process Leadership:
- Drive high-priority digital marketing initiatives.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and campaign scalability.
- Support digital operations specialists and agency partners.
Budget & Planning
- Lead half-year and quarterly media planning for Brand & Demand campaigns.
- Partner with finance on budget forecasting, approvals, and reconciliations.
- Work with procurement/legal on vendor contracts and purchase orders.
Campaign & Ad Operations
- Oversee media planning and execution (digital, print, OOH) with creative and marketing teams.
- Improve brand campaign processes with cross-functional partners.
- Manage ad tech requests and tracking setups as needed.
