Job summary

Publicis Groupe's Team One seeks a Media Supervisor to lead local media planning and emerging media strategy for the Lexus Dealer Association. The role covers multiple large markets with travel and client presentations, working with Platforms and Account Management to build integrated plans across digital, broadcast, print, and OOH.

You'll guide junior team members, leverage tools like Nielsen, Comscore, and IHS, and develop POVs on media opportunities, ensuring accurate budgeting and timely

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of agency or media-related experience across broadcast, digital, print, and OOH.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with MediaOcean (OX), Mediatools/Guideline, Prisma, CMR, IMS and MRI/Simmons.
• Experience presenting to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop media plans across multiple large markets.
• Manage market LDA financials, flowcharts, and vendor negotiations.
• Lead planning team with strategic media recommendations.
• Ensure timely project completion and client updates.
• Maintain Master Planning Sheets and performance metrics.
