Job summary

Team One Usa Inc. seeks a seasoned Media Supervisor to lead local media planning and emerging media strategy for the Lexus Dealer Association.

Expect regional travel and client presentations, guiding junior staff while partnering with Platforms and Account Management to build integrated plans across digital, local broadcast, print, and OOH. You’ll leverage tools like Nielsen, ComScore, and IHS; identify innovative media opportunities and ensure high-quality execution and team development.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of agency or media-related experience across broadcast, digital, print, and OOH
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience presenting to clients/internal stakeholders
• Experience with MediaOcean, Mediatools/Guideline, Prisma, CMR, IMS and MRI/Simmons
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to guide junior team members and manage deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop media plans for multiple large markets.
• Manage market LDA financials including flowcharts, billing discrepancies, and vendor negotiations.
• Supervise and support planning team with strategic media recommendations.
• Delegate tasks and ensure timely project completion with agency partners.
• Maintain master planning sheets and ensure accurate updates.
• Build insights and POVs on media opportunities for stakeholders.
• Deliver client presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.
