Job summary

The Automotive Marketing Group (AMG) is seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Baton Rouge team. You will oversee multi-channel digital advertising programs, work with vendors and internal teams, and push performance through analytics and AI-powered strategies.

Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing diverse campaigns across search, social, and AI platforms while ensuring compliance and high-quality asset development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on digital advertising and/or digital marketing experience preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads, including PMAX and Search.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, tagging, pixels, and UTM parameters.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage, and optimize digital advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and more.
• Build and optimize campaigns including Search, PMAX, Display, YouTube.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bidding, targeting, audiences, and conversions.
• Monitor performance and optimize for conversions, cost efficiency, and overall results.
• Assist with SEO initiatives and AI visibility strategies.
