Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, account management, client services or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, Online Display, and Social Media marketing.
• Knowledge of the automotive sales industry and processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends based on KPIs.
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, CRMs, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to industry trends.
• Client-focused approach with commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as main contact for digital strategy and execution.
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies based on client goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and ensure campaign success.
• Communicate daily with clients on advertising strategy and campaign performance.
• Develop and present digital marketing proposals covering strategies, goals, tactics and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources for campaigns.
• Prepare client reports outlining performance and value delivered.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to advise clients.
• Handle issues and ensure timely resolutions and client satisfaction.
• Travel quarterly or as needed for client consultations.
• Other duties as assigned.
