The Role
We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to lead the digital marketing strategy and execution for the Credit business at Morningstar. As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will partner closely with our marketing and cross-functional teams and be responsible for the development, execution, measurement, and optimization of digital marketing strategy and campaigns. This role is a great opportunity to drive growth and make a meaningful impact on one of Morningstar’s largest and fastest-growing business units.
To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and extensive hands-on experience across paid marketing channels and marketing technology platforms. You will also have exceptional data-analysis skills, a proven ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and is based in our New York office. The role requires at least 3 days per week onsite as part of Morningstar’s hybrid working policy.

Base Salary Compensation Range
$89,804.00 - 152,674.00 USD AnnualBonus Target %

Morningstar’s hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate in-person each week.
