Job summary

Essity is seeking a Digital Marketing Automation Manager to lead strategic digital marketing initiatives for assigned therapy brand areas, and to develop, execute, optimize, and measure programs across websites, email, social media, marketing automation platforms, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will reside in Philadelphia, PA or Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience leading integrated campaigns.
• Strong website strategy, SEO, content optimization, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, ClickDimensions).
• Experience developing and optimizing email marketing programs, journeys, segmentation, A/B testing, and lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across channels.
• Develop and govern website strategy and SEO.
• Lead email marketing strategy and execution for Always On and campaigns.
• Manage marketing automation platforms and customer journeys.
• Lead social media strategy and annual plans across brands.
• Analyze performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and digital partners.
• Coordinate with Brand Teams and IT for content and projects.
