Essity North America Inc. seeks an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand building in local markets aligned with global strategy. The ideal candidate will reside in Philadelphia or Charlotte and drive market share growth.

You will own the local brand plan, activation touchpoints, and marketing execution, leveraging global materials and digital media to maximize impact in Health & Medical Solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in brand or product management in healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Financial acumen and understanding of P/L and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own local markets brand P/L, brand building, and market share growth.
• Lead annual brand plans and define activation touchpoints in line with global guidance.
• Oversee local marketing implementation, use of global material, and digital media.
• Drive brand and innovation campaigns, tracking and adjustments.
• Manage brand assortment, product management, and pricing with global partners.
• Build brand value with healthcare providers, payers, clinicians and consumers.
