Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience leading integrated campaigns.
• Expertise in website strategy, SEO, content optimization, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, ClickDimensions).
• Experience with email marketing programs, customer journeys, segmentation, A/B testing.
• Strong knowledge of organic and paid social media strategy and optimization.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional influence.
• Data-driven, able to measure campaigns and improve results.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into comprehensive digital marketing plans.
• Lead integrated digital marketing strategies aligned to therapy area brand goals.
• Own website governance/SEO and content roadmaps for assigned brands.
• Develop social media strategies and manage content with agencies and vendors.
• Own email marketing programs and marketing automation workflows.
• Optimize campaigns using HubSpot, ClickDimensions, and CRM tools.
