Job summary

Corza Medical is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the digital manufacturing and AI enablement journey. You will govern Tulip and other digital tools, architect data-driven workflows, and partner with IT to shape platform strategy.

The role focuses on shop-floor digitization, quality readiness, and scalable deployment. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT, defining governance and data standards while guiding AI-enabled manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years in manufacturing, engineering, quality systems, MES/digital manufacturing, or automation.
Experience leading cross-functional work across Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, and external partners.
Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and validation expectations; medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the governance model for Tulip and other manufacturing digital tools, including standards and data expectations.
Act as chief architect for Tulip application development and deployment.
Partner with IT on platform strategy, integrations, and cybersecurity.
Translate shop-floor needs into compliant, digital workflows.
Define roadmap for AI use cases in manufacturing and quality workflows.
Mentor digitization SMEs, app owners, and process experts.
