Job summary

Daikin Applied in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Sr Digital Business Analyst - Logistics to partner with logistics leaders and Digital teams to plan, design, test, implement, and support ERP changes across our Oracle EBS landscape. This role emphasizes distribution and logistics expertise and a path toward SAP S4/HANA transformation.

You will lead Oracle EBS changes within Inventory, Order Management, and Warehouse Management, collaborating with business customers and technical teams to drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or corporate setting.
• 4+ years’ experience with Oracle EBS, including Order Management, WMS, and Inventory.
• Experience with engineered-to-order manufacturing and warehouse fulfillment.
• Strong logistics and transportation process knowledge.
• Willingness to work in an end-user environment and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, implementation and support of Oracle EBS changes in Inventory, Order Management, and WMS.
• Define and document business requirements, and translate to technical specs.
• Collaborate with Digital teams and business customers to drive ERP improvements.
• Perform root-cause analysis for issues in manufacturing applications.
• Mentor junior team members and manage cross-functional projects.
