Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Oracle Solutions Analyst to lead Oracle EBS R12 logistics modules and integration efforts. This on-site role supports Hebron, IN and can be based in Indianapolis or Chaska, MN, working with IT, operations and vendors.

You will guide design, testing and deployment, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive large-scale ERP programs across regions while leveraging Oracle Fusion exposure and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field with 8+ years in BA/Systems/Integration.
• Hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience (on-premise) and logistics/distribution expertise.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work across business, technical and vendor teams; experience on multi-region projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional SME for Oracle EBS R12 in logistics and distribution modules (inventory, shipping/receiving, transportation, trade compliance).
• Support coexistence and integration strategies with Oracle Fusion and cloud platforms; contribute to long-term ERP roadmap.
• Translate needs into functional/integration requirements; lead user journey activities and documentation (FRD, integration specs, test scenarios).
• Ensure regulatory/compliance alignment with SDLC and VLMS for regulated industries; lead global/regional initiatives like new warehouse standups.
