Job summary

Endocrine Society in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Specialist, Digital Learning Programs to plan, implement, and administer digital learning initiatives. You will coordinate activities with faculty, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of learning products that meet adult learning standards.

You will manage LMS workflows, provide user support, develop content with instructional designers, and help optimize program operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital learning, continuing education, instructional design, educational program management, or related field.
• Experience using learning management systems and online learning technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain funded programs within the learning management system (LMS), ensuring course content, enrollment, and program information are accurate and current.
• Coordinate program activities and project tasks by tracking timelines, deliverables, and requirements to support successful execution and completion of established learning programs.
• Serve as primary operational point of contact for participants, faculty, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders by providing timely communication regarding program requirements, deadlines, and updates.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning events, including scheduling, meeting materials, vendor coordination, registration support, and on-site event administration.
• Provide day-to-day LMS support for assigned programs by responding to inquiries, resolving routine issues, escalating complex concerns as appropriate, and assisting users with system navigation and program participation.
• Monitor program operations and recommend process improvements that enhance the learner experience, increase efficiency, and support effective digital learning delivery.
• Facilitate scheduled webinars and virtual learning sessions by managing participant engagement, technology support, and session logistics to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Maintain program records, reports, and documentation to support program administration, evaluation, and stakeholder communication.
