Spotify AB seeks a Senior Digital Learning Experience Designer to join the Learning & Inclusion team in New York. You will fuse instructional design, visual design, storytelling, and learning science to deliver inclusive experiences at scale.

You will partner with subject‑matter experts and leaders on leadership development and programs that bring Spotify's values to life, using AI-assisted authoring and modern tooling to create impactful learning experiences for a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional instructional design experience
• Apply learning science principles to practical design decisions
• Translate performance needs into measurable objectives
• Design learning journeys across live, digital, blended, and self-directed formats
• Use rapid authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or Lectora

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of learning experiences from needs analysis through development, launch, and evaluation
• Identify performance needs and turn them into clear learning objectives and practical solutions
• Design learning journeys across live, digital, blended, and self-directed formats
• Create engaging learning materials including eLearning, facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, presentations, and micro-learning experiences
• Use visual design and storytelling to reflect Spotify branding and improve learner engagement
• Pilot and iterate on learning experiences using learner feedback and performance data
• Define meaningful measures of success and evaluate learning effectiveness, knowledge transfer, learner experience, and behavior change
• Manage multiple learning projects from initial scoping through delivery with clear priorities and timelines
• Explore AI-assisted authoring and adaptive learning to improve learner experience
