Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide seeks an Account Manager to drive growth, retention, and long-term customer success across a select portfolio within Global Forwarding. You will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver strategic logistics solutions enhancing customers' global supply chains.

The role combines on-site collaboration two days a week with remote work three days weekly, enabling strong teamwork and autonomous execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Global Forwarding experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (domestically/internationally).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retain, grow, and strategically manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build relationships with customer contacts at multiple levels to deepen engagement.
• Lead business reviews using analytics, market insights, and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Present strategic solutions to increase customer value and expand services.
• Collaborate with pricing, operations, and product teams to develop pricing strategies.
