BlastX Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive digital experience optimization for client projects in the United States. You will combine strategic judgment with hands-on development to design, launch, and measure sophisticated A/B tests and personalization campaigns across web and mobile environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital experience optimization, experimentation, front-end development, or consulting.
• Experience building and troubleshooting A/B tests and personalization campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, DOM manipulation, and jQuery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand objectives and advise on optimization strategy.
• Analyze analytics, funnels, heatmaps, and user research to identify friction and opportunities.
• Design, code, configure, and launch A/B/n and personalization experiences.
• Own implementation and troubleshooting of client-side experiments across web and mobile.
• Interpret results and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
