BlastX Consulting is a fully remote US-based firm seeking a Senior Consultant to solve data, experience, and MarTech challenges for diverse clients. You’ll translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive digital strategy.

In this client-facing role, lead relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake to build dashboards that improve ROI and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting experience turning data into business value.
• Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong analytics and strategic problem-solving aligned to client needs.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Autonomy delivering insights on independent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and cross-functional collaboration, advising on digital strategy.
• Assess challenges, align recommendations with business objectives, and communicate findings.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to diagnose issues and develop data-backed solutions.
• Apply advanced data analysis to improve marketing performance and ROI.
• Ensure solutions integrate with clients' systems and deliver intended outcomes.
• Use Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake to create reports and dashboards.
• Establish KPIs and monitorMarTech effectiveness with regular reporting.
• Recommend usability improvements including A/B tests and personalization.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expanding accounts.
• Provide training and support to help clients maximize MarTech value.
