Job summary

BlastX Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead digital experience optimization. You will partner with clients to define strategies, analyze data, and design experimentation roadmaps with hands-on coding for A/B tests and personalization.

You’ll implement experiments using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 across web and mobile, interpret results, and drive actionable recommendations while mentoring teams and expanding client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital experience optimization, experimentation, or consulting.
• Production-quality front-end coding independently in JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• Strong understanding of A/B/n and multivariate testing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to define optimization strategy.
• Analyze analytics, heatmaps, funnels, and user research to prioritize opportunities.
• Develop hypotheses, roadmaps, and measurement plans aligned with goals.
• Design and launch A/B/n and personalization experiences using front-end tech.
• Own implementation and QA of experiments across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with clients' teams to deploy experiences on web and mobile.
• Interpret results with statistical rigor and communicate implications.
• Translate ideas into clear requirements and wireframes or mockups.
• Leverage CDP data for audience activation and personalization impact.
• Lead client workshops, present findings, and nurture ongoing partnerships.
• Improve experimentation processes and delivery quality; stay updated on tech.
• Stay current with privacy rules and AI/ML capabilities; share learnings.
