Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting experience turning data into business value.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics; certification a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem solving with data-driven recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Autonomy delivering insights on independent projects and managing client work.
• Ability to juggle multiple high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of emerging industry trends and analytics technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and cross-functional collaboration on digital strategy.
• Engage stakeholders to assess challenges and align recommendations with business goals.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to diagnose issues and develop data-backed solutions.
• Apply advanced data analysis to improve marketing performance and ROI.

• Establish KPIs and monitor results, reporting trends and improvements.
• Provide training and support to help client teams maximize MarTech value.
• Stay current on analytics tools and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
