Job summary

Target is seeking a Sr Analyst Digital Experience Support in Minneapolis to monitor production, triage incidents, and drive continuous improvements in the digital guest journey.

You will analyze operational data, translate findings for stakeholders, and collaborate across Product, Guest Services, Fraud/Cyber, and Stores to reduce friction in the digital order pipeline while maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years total experience with some digital/e-commerce background.
• Operational knowledge of how digital orders move through the order pipeline.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, & problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage dynamic, fast-paced changes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience building and analyzing quantitative data using visualization tools (such as SQL, DOMO, Greenfield, Fullstory, etc) to build dashboards and derive insights from data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other MS applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• On-call 8am-8pm with rotation.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify and analyze operational and guest data to identify trends and build business cases.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable mitigation recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Serve as a consultant and advisor to Digital Operations, Product, Guest Services, Fraud/Cyber, GSCL, Stores, and other partners.
• Demonstrate proficiency in digital analytics and data platforms to perform root cause analyses and drive improvements.
• Serve as liaison between business, operational, and technology teams to triage and resolve issues.
• Lead on Duty responsibilities including monitoring, incident command, and executive communication during outages.
• During live incidents, partner with teams to make time-sensitive decisions related to order issues and guest recovery.
