Job summary

Icreon is seeking a Senior Digital Experience Designer in New York, NY. You will operate at the intersection of design, technology, and AI, focusing on concepting and prototyping rather than production work.

You’ll engage with engineers and clients across new business pursuits and existing accounts. In this role you’ll translate ideas into next-gen experiences, prototype with AI-assisted tools, and collaborate on platform experiences across Sitecore/Optimizely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX, product, service, or interaction design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and complex interaction design.
• Proven experience working side-by-side with engineers in product teams.
• Familiarity with design systems, front-end constraints, and technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Concept and Design Next-Gen Experiences — translate product ideas and emerging technologies into novel interaction models and define experience direction early in the lifecycle.
• Design Through Prototypes — move beyond static mockups; rapidly iterate using Figma, Framer, and AI-assisted tools; evolve prototypes into production-ready artifacts with engineering.
