Job summary

Icreon is seeking a Senior Digital Experience Designer in New York, hybrid, to define how new digital experiences are designed and built, collaborating closely with engineers and clients across new business pursuits and existing accounts.

Focus is on concepting, prototyping with Figma, Framer, and AI-assisted tools, and delivering production-ready artifacts while partnering with engineering. You’ll design for Sitecore/Optimizely and articulate design decisions to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX, product, service, or interaction design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and complex interaction design.
• Experience working side-by-side with engineers in product teams.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design next-gen experiences from ideas to interaction models.
• Prototype with Figma, Framer, and AI tools; evolve prototypes into production-ready artifacts.
• Collaborate with engineers to design through code and shorten the design-to-build loop.
• Design digital experiences for Sitecore and Optimizely platforms.
• Translate complexity into clear narratives for CMOs, CTOs, and C-suite stakeholders.
