Job summary

Omnicom Precision Marketing is seeking an Associate Designer to join its design and experiences team in New York City. You will blend UI craft with AI fluency, design interfaces, prototype experiences, and grow with AI tools as they become part of our workflow.

In this role you will collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to create visually strong, user-friendly interfaces while applying brand guidelines and design systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Digital Design or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI design and principles.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Genuine interest in AI design tools and adaptability.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Familiarity with design systems and component reuse.
• Basic UX principles and user-centered design methods.
• Attention to detail and pixel-perfect output.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to create interfaces that are visually strong and easy to use.
• Translate user requirements and business goals into UI designs that improve the overall experience.
• Build prototypes and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Apply design principles, usability standards, and brand guidelines to produce cohesive UI work.
• Stay open to using AI design tools and propose AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner with development teams to hand off design assets and support implementation.
• Track emerging design patterns and AI capabilities to inform the team.
• Maintain and organize design files, assets, and documentation.
