Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a mid- to senior-level Systems Engineer to support the Future X-Band Radar program within the Navy portfolio.

You will guide Digital Engineering and MBSE activities and work directly with the Government FXR group to ensure rigorous SE practices. You will manage SE activities, perform technical writing, requirements, risk and configuration management, and participate in SETRs to deliver high-quality artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience with MBSE, UML/SysML, and model-based systems engineering.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Guide and implement FXR Digital Engineering and MBSE processes.
• Provide programmatic and technical rigor in SE processes and reviews (SETRs).
• Collaborate with Government FXR group and be on-site in DC when needed.
