• 10+ years in digital engineering, software architecture, and solution design.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures.

• Strong collaboration with application teams to ensure cohesive digital solutions.
• Experience contributing to ARB governance decisions.
• Knowledge of modern agile practices, DevOps tooling, and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven leadership and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Track record of delivering complex projects and driving innovation.
