Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Senior Manager, Data Science to lead the Data Science & CI team. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on development of analytics, data pipelines, ML models, and AI solutions to improve operations, guest experience, and financial performance.

The candidate will coach a team of Data Scientists and Analysts, partner with executives, and ensure scalable, business-outcome-driven data solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science/advanced analytics
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years managing direct reports
• Proven value delivery through predictive analytics/AI initiatives
• Experience applying statistical modeling and ML techniques to business problems
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and oversee scalable ETL/ELT processes
• Partner with IT, HRIS and business teams to improve data accessibility and quality
• Establish standards for data ingestion, transformation, and quality assurance
• Lead data pipelines, data models and analytical datasets
• Communicate data science outcomes to senior leadership
• Develop and execute data science roadmap aligned with objectives
• Coach and develop a team of Data Scientists and Analysts
• Travel up to 20% as needed
