Cardinal Health is seeking a DEX Product Owner to lead the Digital Employee Experience transformation roadmap, driving value realization and proactive productivity gains across IT services. You will fuse telemetry, sentiment, and operational insights into measurable outcomes and manage the backlog, change controls, and release governance with Client Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Employee Experience, End User Computing, IT Service Management, or Digital Transformation, preferred.
• 3+ years of leading enterprise-wide programs spanning multiple technology and business functions, preferred.
• Experience translating objectives into technical requirements and measurable outcomes, preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior leadership and cross-team collaboration, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise end user computing environments and endpoint management metrics, preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow management and workflow automations, preferred.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority across large programs, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the DEX roadmap, backlog, and governance to align with transformation objectives and value targets.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions, self-healing automation, and proactive support models with business partners.
• Serve as the primary business owner for DEX platform capabilities and outcomes.
• Lead a team of analysts and experience specialists monitoring telemetry, sentiment, and experience data for proactive improvement.
• Translate insights into remediation initiatives and actionable workstreams for IT and operations teams.
• Manage product backlogs, requirements, prioritization of fixes, and release governance for DEX enhancements.
• Govern change controls, release management, testing strategies, and production deployments for DEX fixes.
• Validate remediation activities through established change management and governance processes.
• Develop communication and change management campaigns for endpoint updates and OS changes.
• Create and socialize employee communications on upcoming changes and expected benefits.
• Drive digital experience campaigns to educate employees and improve technology adoption.
• Close the loop with metrics to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions.
