Job summary

The American Heart Association in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sr Digital Developer to design, develop and maintain web applications and integration software supporting the organization’s digital fundraising assets.

You will gather requirements, test, triage defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using React, Ionic React, Nest.js and TypeScript, while leveraging Azure DevOps for project tracking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in web development.
Experience with React, Ionic React, Nest.js and Typescript is required.
Experience with ticketing systems and debugging web apps is expected.
Experience with VSTS/Azure DevOps or similar tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain web applications using React, Ionic React, Nest.js and Typescript; familiarity with .NET is a plus.
Develop software artifacts based on requirements and architecture.
Test software in unit and integration tests; support UAT and defect remediation.
Handle tickets and communicate status to customers.
Clarify and refine business requirements; provide estimations and coordination.
